For the safety, health, and comfort of all our feline guests, please ensure the following before check-in:

  • A topical flea and tick treatment must be applied within the last 30 days.

  • Active 4-in-1 vaccine (FVRCCP) must be administered at least 14 days before the check-in date.

  • Anti-rabies vaccine.

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

  • Customized care

  • Daily housekeeping

  • Daily feeding; food to be provided by the owner

  • Face & ear cleaning, daily brushing/combing.

  • Administration of prescribed oral and topical medications, as well as subcutaneous injections by trained staff. (If needed)

  • 24/7 air-conditioned facility

  • 24/7 CCTV live monitoring (Customer Access)

  • 24/7 on-site caretaker

  • Free use of microwave

  • Free use of refrigerator

  • Free use of food and water bowl

  • Free use of litter box

  • Free sterilized warm or cold water

  • Daily Viber updates

  • A minimum of 30 minutes of individual playtime per cat, except for cats from the same household, which may play together.
